200 West RandolphBeitler Real Estate Services retained LVDA to design a 25-story, LEED NC Silver office tower, replacing a parking garage. The light and airy design features no masonry elements but rather a fa├žade entirely of glass. Transparent glass provides views and white glass covers structural elements.
