In 2006, LVDA professionals provided design and construction document services for this design-build project consisting of a 71,000 sf office building, an 11,000 square foot warehouse facility with interior secured van parking, nonsecured visitor parking and secured grade level parking for government vehicles. Landscaping and site lighting have been incorporated throughout the 5.5 acre site and all parking has been provided with access drives. The interior program contains administration spaces, training and meeting rooms, high security offices and storage, support storage areas, a physical fitness room and locker rooms.
In 2018 and 2026, LVDA provided to services for the renovate the facility for the installation of a high security vault, security upgrades, selective reconfiguration of office spaces for programmatic changes and cosmetic improvements part of the GSA/ user agency 10 year lease renewal.
