Our intent was not to restore the façade to its original appearance but rather to reference the original building in spirit and industrial details. Inside LVDA renovated the lobby and elevator bank. We established. We built out interior space to house our own 7,000 sf design studio on the third floor, which provided a unique design opportunity to establish a seamless experience for our clients and guests as they transition from the ground level lobby to our office.
