Description

The low- and mid-rise dwellings as well as resident amenities distributed over a 100-acre, 35-city block area, create and support a new community with a mix of low-income, affordable and market rate units. For Phases 1 and 2, LVDA professionals managed a team of architects and engineers to develop and refine a master plan, coordinated the development of building designs, and designed several of the residential buildings. Subsequent phases will progress as market conditions dictate.
